All Trial subscriptions will automatically start a billing cycle at the end of the trial. Users can cancel the trial in the members area of the site prior to the last day of the trial and will not be charged. Forgetting to cancel your trail if you do not want the service is not warrant for refund. Subscriptions cancellations during mid month are not offered a prorated refund. Quarterly billings that are cancelled between billings will be given a prorated refund of days of service left in the quarter gone unused.

Any user who has maintained 12 consecutive months of membership billings from new membership date, qualifies for the $10,000 Guarantee offering. The offer states, after a period of 12 months, if guaranteed gains have not been attained, user may contact Orbis Advisors LLC for a full unconditional refund of the 12 previous recurring billings, plus 10% of the gross billings. After the 13th month of billings, users may still qualify for the offer, but only 12 billings will be refunded. Simply send an email to cancel@orbisadvisors.com stating the request. Users cannot stop the service and restart the service at a future point and still qualify for the offer, without management approval. While a performance guarantee is offered, Orbis Advisors LLC is not responsible for, or in any way obligated for, investment account losses clients may incur other than stated return of costs.
